The Harley Benton FLX8 PRO FX switcher not only adds a lot of flexibility to my rig in controlling the (de)activation of various effect combinations. This unit has eight individual loops, eight banks and four presets per bank, it is also a great way to eliminate noise as the pedals that are not in use are physically not a part of the signal chain anymore. The Korg tuner is connected to the FX switcher, this allow me to choose whether I want to activate the tuner with or without muting the signal. When muting is not active I can still check the tuning during playing. Furthermore, the switching system is capable of controlling the 3 channels and EQ of the Mesa pre amp allowing me to switch channels per preset. Last but not least: the switcher is capable of sending MIDI program change messages, so I can control MIDI compatible devices as well
The pedals are powered by a Truetone 1-spot CV12 pro (isolated powersupply) and the pedals are mounted on a Pedaltrain Novo 24 pedalboard

Samson Powerbrite PB10 Power conditioner
Mesa/Boogie Formula pre 3 channel Tube preamp
Lexicon MX200 Dual effectprocessor
DOD SR606 Linemixer/Distribution amp

For rack power supply. I use a SAMSON PB10 power conditioner. This is a power distribution and lighting system. The system has 10 AC outlets.
Given the quest for a liquid, smooth and warm tone I eventually choose an all-tube Mesa/Boogie amp. I was lucky to get my hands on a Formula Pre amp. As I primarily use the amp in a studio environment, I was especially interested in this amp because it was designed to operate in a recording environment. The amp captures the sounds of the Mesa Heartbreaker and the Mark I, offering lead channels that can produce significant sustain/overdrive. From here the signal is split. The dry signal goes directly to the Line mixer (panned to the middle). A second signal is processed by the Lexicon, which I use for all stereo modulation effects (Phaser, Flanger, Chorus, Pitchshift, Tremelo, Vibrato, Delay & Reverb. The stereo outputs got to the line mixer panned left and right.

After the signal processing I wanted to have some extra flexibility in how the output signal is routed to other devices such as a Power Amp, PA and/or Recording gear. The DOD 606SR has multiple (six) outputs each with dedicated volume controls, This allows me to send the output signal simultaneously to different devices. Currently I use three channels for this Wet-Dry-Wet configuration.
